Challenge your body to 1, 2, or 3 training sessions per week in your choice of a group, semi-private, or 1-1 training session.
Pair your training with nutrition and receive step-by-step, personal accountability coaching through t he MOV Fitness app. In addition, all MOV memberships include 24/7 access to MOV on Main and MOV in the Lou.

We offer free 20-minute cardio burst classes throughout the week, community walks, challenges, and more. Workout anytime with 24/7 access to MOV in the Lou and MOV on Main. We also offer a full line of supplements that we sell in-house.
