Meet with our experts for a 1-hour evaluation to discuss personal goals, health, and exercise history. Together we’ll complete a Functional Movement Screening as well as an InBody assessment to find your baseline fitness and functional ability level.

Get Your Custom Fitness Program

Challenge your body to 1, 2, or 3 training sessions per week in your choice of a group, semi-private, or 1-1 training session. 

Pair your training with nutrition and receive step-by-step, personal accountability coaching through t he MOV Fitness app. In addition, all MOV memberships include 24/7 access to MOV on Main and MOV in the Lou.

Avoid burn out as you experience a full schedule of functional fitness group training sessions designed to fit your availability. Every training module is different, so you’ll never get bored or experience fitness burn out common at other gyms.


MOV is more than just a typical gym. You’ll get daily access to coaching, nutritional training, and accountability with the MOV Gyms app. 

We offer free 20-minute cardio burst classes throughout the week, community walks, challenges, and more. Workout anytime with 24/7 access to MOV in the Lou and MOV on Main. We also offer a full line of supplements that we sell in-house.


Every member of the MOV community enjoys evolving workouts each week, allowing the body to adapt and change without plateau. We meet you at your current fitness level to build a personalized plan that fits your individual goals, supporting you as you continue to progress.
