Running
The most common form of working out. Believe it or not, this is actually the worst way to workout on your own! Read up on your VMO to make sure you don't develop runner's knee. We love running as part of your training as long as you do it correctly.
Our trainers specialize in training for 5k Races, Marathons, and other endurance activities. Many of our runners are involved in NiteMoves, SBAA Races, and other local events.
