With major ties in ballroom dancing, we cater our pilates classes to the professional dancer. A great way to increase core strength and improve alignment, Pilates is loved by all. At MOVFitness, we pride ourselves in having teachers trained in both dance and Pilates. Pilates was originally designed for dancers and we bring back the corellation with interrelated classes combining ballroom dancing and Pilates.

Look for our newest DVD, Pilates for Ballroom Dancers. Here, you will find many of our training techniques that you may practice at home. Combine individual practice with private training for incredible results.
