You can check out the real deal here. How We DifferWe are interested in outdoor workouts that provide great gains & efficiency in time while also maintaining flawless technique. This means a modified version of kettlebells. We use rubberized weights and start from a much smaller weight than even the smallest of kettlebells. After correct form is learned, we move on up to larger weights. Once the larger weight is learned, we will then graduate you to a real kettlebell. This is the safest way to learn the sport & allows us to teach people in group settings. You will see kettlebell training used in our group classes and you can also request personal training with kettlebells. |
