Fitness Boxing

We have all ages & levels of boxers. We've trained world class professional boxers all the way to the lady that walks her puppy every morning. Boxing is a great way to unleash some stress while getting a high-impact aerobic workout.

Boxing is an awesome upper body workout, mind game, and core workout. We love to teach workouts that don't feel like you're exercising. Our trainers have all worked many hours personally with Matt Hackney, Professional Second. Matt has worked with trainers from around the world & coached professional boxers. He has had clients fight on ESPN in Heavyweights.



Our Boxing Workouts include the following:

    Warmup - Rolling arms, jumping jacks, etc
    Shadow Boxing
    Technique Drills
    3 Punch Combo
    5 Punch Combo
    Self Defense Training
    Advanced Technique - Slide Steps, Ab Taps, & Upper Cuts
    Cool Down
    Stretching
The Entire workout lasts about 30 minutes and is a favorite by our clients.
