Our recently added yoga classes have been a huge success! Adding to our already well-rounded program, yoga makes your workout less of a routine. No one should concentrate solely on one form of exercise. Cross training is your key to success and yoga is a great way to stay in shape as you switch up your athletics.
Ok, so we admit it. We have killer workouts. These are best followed by a massage by one of our professionals.
