There's no way I'm giving up Sweets!

I never said you have to, calm down! There are a few rules to keep in mind, though. Make sure you couple your sweets with a healthy fat or protein or fiber. For example:
    Eat walnut brownies instead of regular brownies.
    Eat almonds on your ice cream.
    Add wheat germ or old-fashioned oats to your yogurt.

I workout harder than anyone else

That's awesome! Congrats. But... are you working out 2.. 3 hours a day? Is this how you justify your drinking, smoking, binge eating, etc? Then it's not healthy. You shouldn't have to workout more than 60 mintues a day, and that's even pushing it. Read some innovative workout tips to get rid of that bulge on your belly.

I'm always so tired & get headaches

You can't blame this on being a girl. If you drink more water, it will help pass the sugar out of your blood stream and help clear your head. I'd feel sluggish too if I had molasses pumping through my veins! So drink plenty in small, frequent amounts.
