My New Diet: Day 2

Keep this up for 2 weeks & you'll be a whole new woman!

7am: 1 Cup Plain Yogurt, 1/4 cup raisins, 1tbsp Honey, 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

9am: 1/2 Apple & Peanut Butter

11:am: Trail Mix with Chocolate Pieces

12:30pm: 1/2 Whole Wheat Sandwich w/ tomatoes, onion, lettuce, 4oz sliced turkey, 1/4 Avocado, add Lemon as condiment if desired

3pm: Other Half of Sandwich

5:30pm: 1 Hamburger Open Faced (1/2 bun) with ketchup only - no mayo or fries!

8:00pm: Trader Joe’s Soy & Flaxseed Tortilla Chips + tuna with lime, onions and cilantro

10:00pm: Sorbet Parfait: 1 cup sorbet, 1/4 cup granola, 1/4 cup slivered almonds, pinch of wheat germ
