Christina, founder of YogaPuri, moves beyond traditional forms of yoga and opens a new path to harmony and humility. Intertwining the practice on the mat with daily life to bring more awareness into every moment and aspect of the day has created what Christina calls YogaPuri.
Her intuitive nature allows her to reach each individual student to help them develop their own unique understanding of their body and the beauty within. Always a student, she uses her own practice to bring depth, understanding, and appreciation of yoga to her classes.
Dante Berdeuv
Massage specialist, Dante Berdeuv, brings seven years of experience in massage and healing with an emphasis in sports therapy to the MOVfitness team. Having worked with professional athletes and clientèle at two distinct five star resorts, his expertise is unrivaled. Dante focuses energy throughout the body for an experience not to be forgotten.

Dante's philosophies can be seen in the upcoming book, The Leaf of Life and with his own company, Intuitive Bodyworks. He teaches workshops and takes private clients in the Santa Barbara area. Working mainly with runners and athletes, Dante can be seen at various races spreading his knowledge and sharing his expertise within the Santa Barbara community.
Matt Hackney
founded MOVFitness in 2004. He has traveled the world expressing his love for fitness and health. Starting his career as a professional lifeguard, Matt has worked on many exotic beaches and, during the summer of 2005, lived on a deserted beach in the Caribbean.
Matt holds over 15 certifications including NESTA Fitness Nutrition Coach and Arthur Murray Ballroom Dance Instructor. Additionally, he trains professional athletes, celebrities, Fortune 500 CEOs, and the general public.
His expertise in nutrition has helped coach athletes to some amazing feats in Olympic swimming and other high endurance sports. He is also a certified Boxing Fitness Trainer and has worked with professional heavyweight boxers.
Matt enjoys spending his spare time ballroom dancing at Arthur Murray of Santa Barbara. He is also an avid runner, putting in well over 50 miles a week with a 5k Personal Record of 14:38.
